Shipping & Ordering

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If we receive the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Due to credit card processing fees, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all card refunds. There will be no restocking fee if you choose to accept store credit.

If we receive merchandise within 15-21 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order

Due to the nature of monogram products offer, returns are not offered.

We can ship to any where in the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
